As our products are carefully curated and sourced in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.
We request you to kindly review the product details, size, fabric, colour and other information available on the product page before placing your order. If you need any assistance before purchasing, we are always happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your experience matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the concern and, where the issue is found to be our responsibility, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Important Note
Please check your package carefully at the time of delivery. We recommend keeping the original packaging and product tags intact until you are sure that everything is in order.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original tags/packaging will not be eligible for a resolution.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as we begin preparing your order for dispatch.
